HOW
TO GET HELP
Pat's
approach is based on years of observing and working with dogs
and their owners. She has a solid understanding of how dogs
think and behave and the common ways in which people often
misinterpret canine behaviors. Her method is straightforward.
She helps you figure out what your dog is doing and why. Then
she guides you in communicating more effectively with your dog
to achieve the desired behavioral changes
THE
FIRST STEP
Start
by completing the simple questionnaire, giving as much
information about your dog and your situation as you can. Be as
complete and honest as possible.
HOW
THE PROCESS WORKS
Review
and Discussion
Pat
will review your questionnaire responses prior to the telephone
consultation. When
payment has been received, a convenient time for a telephone
consultation will be scheduled.
The
initial telephone consultation is one hour. We will discuss in
depth your dog’s issues and your interaction with him. And
you'll receive recommendations.
If
an hour’s consultation is not enough to complete the
discussion, you can opt to purchase additional telephone
consultation time then, or schedule additional consultation time
for another day at the rates shown below.
Written
Summary
After
the consultation, Pat will prepare a written overview
summarizing her understanding of your dog’s problems, and
explaining her suggestions for modifying the inappropriate
behavior. She may also recommend pertinent articles and/or books
to read, including some she has written herself.
Follow-up
E-mail Support
Following
the initial consultation,
you may have subsequent questions as you begin to work with your
dog.
You're welcome to submit related questions via e-mail for 60
days following the consultation. If your questions involve an
extensive response, or if you have a high volume of questions,
you
may be asked to consider purchasing additional telephone
consultation time so that Pat can respond more expeditiously to
your questions.
